Grégoire began his career at the European Commission in Brussels, and soon went into business, doing his MBA at INSEAD business school along the way. The next 25 years took him through sales management, business development and group strategy roles to top management, in a UK FTSE 100 company and a high- profile French family-owned business.
Over a ten-year period, he was successively a Main Board director of two French pharmaceutical/cosmetics groups.
In 2001, he decided to train and work full-time as an executive coach, which he has been doing ever since.
In 2003 he co-founded the executive coaching firm Praesta France, member of Praesta International, made up of former senior business executives. Since its creation, Praesta has retained its focus on performance results through coaching individuals and their organisations.
Both French and British, Grégoire is naturally bicultural and bilingual. He has worked and lived in the UK, Belgium, Australia and now France.
